Darling Paint “Fall Living Room Refresh Contest”
Official Contest Rules
1. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal New York State residents of Erie and Niagara Counties who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Darling Paint & Restoration, their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Contest is void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must comment on the original Darling Paint “Living Room Refresh Contest” Facebook or Instagram post with a statement about why their living room could use a refresh. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. Contest Period
The contest begins at 12:00AM on 10/1/2025 and ends at 11:59PM on 11/2/2025. Entries submitted before or after the contest period will not be eligible.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a professional Living Room Paint Job from Darling Paint & Restoration. The prize includes labor and materials for painting one standard living room, up to 260 Square Feet, with paint in the winner’s choice of color from a standard selection. Prize does not include wall repair, trim replacement, or additional work beyond painting. Approximate retail value: $900. No cash or prize substitutions will be permitted.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by random drawing on or about 11/4/2025. Winner will be notified by Facebook/Instagram direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner may be selected.
6. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering this contest, participants grant Darling Paint & Restoration the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content (if applicable) in promotional materials, online, and in print, without further compensation.
7. General Conditions
Darling Paint & Restoration reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond our reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Darling Paint & Restoration and its employees from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of participation or acceptance of the prize.
